Dr. Oscar Aldo Luna
Dr. Luna held hospital privileges at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, California,University of Maryland Medical System, Kernan Hospital Baltimore, Maryland, Memorial Hospital, Martinsville, Virginia, and Inova Hospital Virginia.
Dr. Luna has practiced pediatric dentistry for over 20 years in challenging clinical settings. His clinical experiences enable him to diagnose and treat routine as well as complex problems encountered in pediatric dentistry. He has never stopped challenging himself professionally or personally and as a result, Dr. Oscar Aldo Luna remains on the cutting edge of all aspects of his field. Being committed to prevention of dental problems, he institutes a comprehensive preventive program for all his patients, being the main goal to have “cavity free children”.
Dr. Luna is committed to child centered pediatric dental excellence and will provide patients with the highest quality care that one can expect.
He is a member of American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association,Virginia Dental Association,Northern Virginia Dental Society, Academy of GP Orthodontics,International Association of Pediatric Dentistry. On his day off Dr. Luna loves to spend time with his family, Read and travel.
Dr. Karim Elkenawy, Associate Doctor
Dr. Elkenawy has been with Culmore Pediatric Dentistry since 2021. Dr. Elkenawy assists with seeing the adult patient in our practice. His charismatic personality makes him frequently requested in our practice.
Dr. Elkenawy is fluent in Arabic and English.
Geraldine Rios, Office Manager/Administrator
Geraldine is From Peru. She attended Wakefield High School in Arlington, VA. She has more than 10 years of Office Management experience, she loves working in dentistry.
She will help our patients achieve a healthy and beautiful smile they can be proud of. She also takes pride in helping our patients with any questions they may have regarding their financial needs.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her three kids, dog Bella and husband and also enjoys watching his oldest son playing soccer for his High School team and his daughter’s gymnastic classes.
She looks forward to meeting you and assisting you with all aspects of your dental visit.
Keiry Portillo, Dental Assistant
Keiry is originally from El Salvador. She has over 6 years experience working as a Dental Assistant. Keiry loves working with kids and helping them with their oral health.
In her free time, she likes to spend time at the gym with her husband. She also makes outdoor memories with her 2 kids and husband.

Claudia Ortiz, Dental Assistant
Claudia was Born in El Salvador and she really loves working as a team. Claudia has 10 years experience as a Dental Assistant. She loves working with kids!

Yoselin Flores, Front Coordinator
Yoselin is from Bolivia. She has a few years experience now as the Front Desk Coordinator here at Culmore Pedidatic Dentisty.
